Tropical, Power and Transformation are three distinct words drawn from native creative entities influenced by the Yucatan's many personalities such as its nature, social-cultural system, the idea of leisure and freedom; allowing space for the immateriality, the abstract, symbolic and its consequent reformulation into the realm of the visual.
    
This current exhibition was developed over a 15 year period, utilizing a variety of techniques and commenting on topics that challenge the limits of the present through multiple forms of manifestation. This retrospective journey is a collaboration between the artists:  Igor F. Solis and UGGGO, who, besides being natives of Merida, also share a raw desire for the visual exploration of the Yucatán's needs and its results.
